The Kauri Coast Top 10 Holiday Park required efficient water heating to replace their aging diesel boiler.

The holiday park has very high water usage over the Christmas period and running out of hot water was of great concern.

1600 litres of water storage was installed with a Performance Plus heat pump water heater manufactured by Hot Water Heat Pumps Ltd.

The holiday park owner made the comment after a successful holiday season that he "should of gotten a heat pump years ago".
